All orders will be shipped UPS Ground.
Orders Process
Once an order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with the total cost within 48 hours. A 50% deposit is asked upon email confirmation for all personalized items. Most orders take 7-12 business days.
Personalized Packaging and Gift Wrap
We'd be happy to uniquely wrap your philoSophie's. Just contact us about the type of gift and we will even work with you in shipping your thoughtfulness directly to the lucky recipient. Gift wrap costs vary. Please inquire if interested.
Returns
With all personalized greetings, stationery, and invitations, all sales are final. Once the client has approved the proof, a refund can not be given. Refunds ( minus cost of shipping ) will be given for all non personalized, unopened greetings, stationery, and invitations within 14 days of purchase. |
